If you're like me and scramble to stop your media player when the previews come on at the end of a show, please join me in petitioning the encoders to just leave them out.
That will even make the file size and download time shorter.

I don't personally watch them (it's spoiling for me, I'd rather be surprised..) but I don't think encoders should just leave them out ... many people watch that and I don't really care whether or not the file's 5MB smaller

I always watch the preview at the end. They often leave doinkies impatient for the next episode though they often cherry-pick certain scenes to make the preview more "juicy" than the actual episode.

Previews in japanese TV are not only teasers but they are very often intentionally misleading the viewers as to what will happen next. I don't know how many times I waited a week convinced that she will finally confess her feelings to realize the day of the show that she was in fact talking to a mirror or a dog or something. That's cold and leaves me with the feeling that I had been conned. Dakara, previews DAI KIRAI.

I noticed at some drama previews reveal way too much info about the next ep....just wondering if any one else thinks so too...

some dramas even have previews at the beginning of the ep like HYD2....i just watched two eps of LIFE and I thought that the previews in that drama revealed a lot as well
