Hey people i'm going to crash the party for a bit and show you something from an other Cast member of this drama.

It's about Sotaro (full Name: Sotaro Yasuda) his Profession is Actor, Model and Singer he debuted in 2005. a i know him from last year in the Kids show Jyuken Sentai Gekiranger as Ken/ Gekichopper along side Kawano Naoki who also play's in Shibatora. Also he can speak fluent english.

will surely watch this as it's based from the works of one of my fave mangaka - Ando Yuma. i'm liking the Shibatora manga i read so far and i'm sure this will be good. Psychometrer Eiji, another Ando Yuma masterpiece, was turned also into a live action series way back and i honestly liked it a lot.

looking forward to your work, Querbeet-dono-tachi ^_^

PS: it's a plus that GekiChopper and Long are in here (dang, i miss working on Gekiranger

there's still Go-onnger vs Gekiranger next year anyway, so i'm gonna look forward to that :3)

Hey their's also Haruka Suenaga in it. that girl is so gorgeous!!! I loved her in Go Go Sentai Boukenger it's nice to see her in an new drama since i didn't bother watching the drama LIFE.

i'm very interested in Teppei's work. never saw anything of his work so this drama might be an good start.

I've watched three of the episodes subbed, and I have to say that I am (surprisingly) really enjoying this drama. Yes, it is a bit "formula" with Shibata helping out a new teenage every week, but I really don't mind. The cast is great and they all have real chemistry between them.

Plus, I'm very interested to find out more about the (supposed) shared past of

I also have to say this (though I feel like a bit of a pervert for doing so) Does anyone else kind of want Mizuki (when she's older) and Shibata to get together? I know they are eight years apart, but Koike Teppei and Ohgo Suzuka have really lovely chemistry.

You have a point. I could hardly believe it was the same actress from Sexy Voice and Robo , which aired just a few seasons ago. And you know, she had great chemistry with Matsuyama Kenichi there, as well. [Of course MK tends to have chemistry with his younger leading ladies.]

And, you know, the character is sixteen. . . she can get married.

I'm up to episode four (I know, so behind) and I have to say that this show just gets better and better. I adore the awesomeness that is Team Shibatora - they are all so adorable and yet really on the ball when it comes solving crimes. They really need to get their own version of a Mystery Machine.

Well, there is Kojiro's bike, but it only seats two.

I'm sad to see the ratings dropping, though.

But, as I said in another thread, it must be because of the Olys and because it's the end of summer - people going back to work and school. Still, Shibatora is really a fun watch - it's getting very dramatic, I think.

For those wondering: I think it will be between 10-12 episodes, based on the fact that Celeb to Daihinmin, which airs after this, is slated to start in October. If Shibatora ends on September 30th, that would give it 12 episodes.

i finished ep 7 too... not a big fan of Koike Teppei and i find his role a bit cheesy but still the drama surprised me cuz it's actually pretty good!!!

The ratings can't seem to make up their mind from what I can see. Such as 9% one week, 14% the next, drops again, rises again. But the series is going well.

I wish I had waited another episode or two before catching up with the series, episode 7 left us with such a cliffhanger!
