Top J-Doramas by the seasons

As you all may know, Japanese series run by the season unlike the sporadic style of Korean and Chinese dramas.

I want to share fav doramas by the season as I think most of us only watch 2-4 doramas per season. Sometimes I start some and drop them if they don't get better after a few episodes. But there are some I don't even watch and may have missed something good!!

LOL..same here, the ones I haven't seen are waiting for me too! I d/l more than I can watch at once!!

Of the ones you haven't seen from my list, though they are all great, Galileo is a must and should be bumped up your list!

I haven't seen Zeni Geba, SCANDAL, Seigi no Mikata, Hataraki Man, Zettai Kareshi, Seigi no Mikata.

Ok, ALMOST the same comment I had for the other recommendation thread above this one.

Sorry, but this thread is essentially a clone of the recommendations thread. In light of that, I'm going to lock this thread.

I know that the intent is to be different and more focused than the recommendation thread, but I'm also trying to avoid having a dozen little recommendation threads all pretty much serving the same purpose. I've noticed that these threads tend to lose focus of their "purpose" and become another dumping ground for recommendations over time.

I agree that D-addicts is sorely missing a good system for ppl to discover dramas to watch based on feedback (we had something in the works a year or two ago, but it stalled out due to a missing developer/admin ), and I am all ears as to how we might be able to provide this function outside of having several recommendation threads. Please PM me or another mod if you have a suggestion.

Except that I think maybe we can work something out with this one which doesn't depend on a actual forum thread... Something using wiki or SurveyMonkey or something?
Anyhow, I'd prefer to use this thread to figure out a way to do this rather than just ppl submitting lists of their recommendations. If it goes that route, then I'll probably lock it....
