Hello to everyone! I don't know if there's and Uchi Hiroki thread, but now there is! If there is one, please move it! Well anyway, I guess just post information on Uchi and pics and the latest things going on with him!

Pink Ranger, COME BACK!!

My Uchi signature is in honor or his 20th birthday which passed not too long ago.

I miss watching him in all the Eito performances and Honjani episodes. Yes, Uchi's one of my favorite Kanjani8/NewS members.

I think third favorite in NewS......and third/fourth favorite in Eito.

I think he's one of the prettiest of the pretty boys...........just that his talents still have room to grow. Like in NewS, Pi will always be my favorite with Ryo at a close second. But then that's because I'm biased to them because of their leading roles in dramas. And Yoko's my favorite Eito member........with Ryo & Baru coming in at 2nd and third/fourth. I'm sooo fickle! LOL

I miss Uchi in Ganbatte Ikkimasshoi~ but watching older Uranjani/Honjani/Eito performances with Uchi in them keep me happy. And lately, both Kioku and SaladDays are subbing Doremisora separately~! YAY!!!

I'm waiting to hear him sing 3rd vocal again.......

HM does anyone feel like enilghtening me on Uchi? I want to learn more about him since he has SOO many fans. because i know the least about him in NEWS i don't even know what to do lol.

he's a bit of everything, pretty much in the middle of everyone (with Hina & Yoko being the most outspoken/funny and Ryo & Okura being the most quiet/serious). Good friends with the entire group of Eito. Probably closest with Ryo since they're both in NewS and Eito...as well as both leading vocals in both groups.

What is he best known for (singing? dancing? acting? whatever else?):
singing~! he has an incredible voice.......and he's also known for very pouty lips....which defines the epitome of sexiness, or at least I think it does. yes, him and Jin look alike sometimes.....their lips and skin color.....and even their facial features are pretty similar!

I've only seen him act in "Doremisora" and 2 episodes of Ganbatter Ikkimasshoi (but was replaced with Junno after the drinking scandal). How was his acting? wells, let's just say he's not well due for a lead any time soon. but not horrible as well. just average.

What good songs does he sing (is his voice really good...maybe some YT links)
I really like Uchi's voice in Osaka Rainy Blues, Heavenly Pyscho & Naniwa Iroha Bushi (wells, actually, Subaru's voice still manages to outshine's everyone's voice like always, he can't help it! Subaru is REALLLY REALLY talented)

How about his dancing, what is that like?
his dancing is actually pretty good, which is surprising since he's not very strong. Nothing sexy like Jin's dances, but he can dance pretty well.

His style? Cute, sexy, fun...etc
He's usually cute and fun~ but now I've seen recent pictures where he's hot!! in shades, a bit heavier, and his alabaster skin and sexy lips.

His age?
He's 20 this year...born: 10 September 1986 which makes him a Virgo

Hobbies?
Just having fun and relaxing. I remember there was some more that he mentioned on both NewS and Eito's appearances on Domoto Brothers.

When people say jin they think baka clips (for example) but when people say Uchi, what does that bring to mind?
"I miss Uchi!!" & "When is Uchi going to return???" & and unfortuantely.....the drinking scandal..... where he was taken a picture holding an alcoholic beverage.

^yups, Eito is an alias for Kanjani 8 or sometimes known as KJ8

Kanjani 8 = Kansai + Johnny + 8 members, since most of the members were from the Kansai area. I think almost all but one of them were born in Osaka. or was it two that weren't? i forget. =X

Junno replaced Uchi but I didn't think much of it since I happen to like Junno as well.......and wells, Uchi's acting isn't tooooo spectular. but shhhhhhhh, I didn't say that.

the main reason why I watched Ganbatte Ikkimasshoi was for Ryo-chan. But I'm not the biggest Anne Suzuki fan...........so it's just pretty much for Ryo that I continued to watch it.

and yups, killer lips - Jin & Uchi.........

I'm more of a KJ8 fan than a NEWS fan. I do miss seeing Uchi in all the KJ8 tv shows. He's just so adorable in them ...especiallly when he eats something good ^^ I love his expression!
Acting though... I've only really seen him in the first 2 episodes of Ganbatte Ikimasshoi. I prefer him to Junnosuke (don't kill me here guys...) though just because he has this look to him... and I'm so jealous Iwasa Mayuko got a piggyback ride from him

Starting on Boku no Ikiru Michi. I'm not sure how big of a role he has but I'll watch it!! ^^

and @Koneko: I know what you mean about missing Uchi in all of Eito's shows. It really just isn't the same. Same goes for all the recent magazine scans, I'm like "it can't be Kanjani8 where there's only 7 members!!". It just doesn't seem right. *sighs* and honestly, I also prefer Uchi to Junno in Ganbatte Ikimasshoi, not that I don't like Junno as well, just that it was originally Uchi's role. I haven't watched Boku no Ikiru Michi yet.......but here's to hoping Uchi's acting was good in it.

^ yeah from what I've seen so far, he has an extremely minor role -_- I'll watch it anyway just because he's in it and Yada Akiko is in it (and I remember him mentioning that she's his favorite entertainer O.o). I do hope he does more acting when he comes back ^^ I think he has such a nice screen presence! He totally grabbed my attention in GI and that was way before he became my favorite ^^

hehe I've been playing with PS today coz I needed new icon for LJ

Yakusoku was a SP for 60 years after the war anniversary. there story was going to take place in 2 times: during the war and in the present days. all Eito were staring there but SP has never aired coz of Uchi's suspensions....there are rumours that it may be showed after his coming buck but who knows ne...

oh and I've been meaning to ask you, how do you keep your MinWoo signature to such a small size? I don't remember if I'd ever asked you in the Avatar/Signature thread...but do you use VirtualDub/Ulead Animator or Adobe ImageReady? A lot of my animated files that I cut from video clips go about 500KB+

I've never connected it to this SP but now I guess it's from Yakusoku. they looked uber cute! I can send you the pix if you want...can't post them tho

yup I use VD and IR to make animated gifs + PS if I'm making an ava like the one I have at MK or banners
I usually cut it into half (delete every 2nd frame). it works great most of the time ^o^ and if it comes out too fast I'm adding a delay

I just wanted to pop in and say that one of Uchi's hobbies is also baseball, so therefor, I don't think he is the weakest from Kanjani8 or from NEWS. his arms are really strong. do you girls remember one of the j-webs one of NEWS member wrote, that just before Music station performance (where they sang TEPPEN) they did a tiny push up competition on backstage?
and Uchi won it easily.

.. although at first glance it might look like he is the weakest, in fact he is not =) I would say subaru or ryo is the weakest from Kanjani8 (but I wouldn't give my head for it though *runs away) .. sadly I don't know much about NEWS members...

anyway right.. just wanted to point it out, hopefully it was ok =)

Dara posted a yahoo.jp link over at PBF that has already been taken down..........confirming NEWS return with Kusano & Uchi starting out as trainees.....or something like that.

I'm probably gonna read about this all over LJ later today.........oh the buzz........but what a great buzz!!

unfortunately at johnnys countdown tomorrow it will only be a six member news >_<
hopefully after the little "trianee" thing it will be 8...what IS a trainee supposed to do?? does that mean like a johnnys junior? but part of news? lol

Uchi was Kj8 member, before his join to news, so it`s obvious, that they`ll bring him back to kj8 first

@Tiffany: wells, it's official now.......NewS is back....but as a 6 member team. crap* Uchi & Kusano are no longer "regulars"..........*double crap*

@asami-chan: what will Johnny Kitagawa have in store for Uchi & K8 is what I what to know. *sighs* I was so hyped up about NewS's return that now that it's official about the 6 member team, I'm very let down. If Johnny-san intends for Uchi to not be a regular of Eito, I swear I'll shoot him myself. *tears hair from head......aiiyaiyaiyai*

............and now that NewS is back......Ryo will once again have to split his duties between two groups. I'm not sure if i'm upset or happy about that since I've gotten so used to Ryoko being her silly self with the rest of the Osaka obachans............*cries*

and then they'll be back into their groups

as far i know, they wont be singer, but dancers, not backdancers for sempais, only dancers!
so that means that they wont be in news and in kj8

kj8=kj7? no way! they eito not seven! and news are eito members too! not six!
and don`t think that the`ll return to those groups! well maby not in 2007! that`s my opinion!
well, why? becouse goro was suspended too, and he back to smap as smap member, not dancer!

it seems we won't even have an opportunity to see Uchi and it sucks!! gosh wasn't he suspended long enough? it's been over a year and they still don't want to let him go back to Eito

it's just not right >_< but I hope the whole trianee stage will be over before Osaka Dome. THEY JUST HAVE TO PERFORM AS EITO WITH ALL 8 MEMBERS IN OSAKA DOME!!!!!!

Lol, and am I totally not surprised to see the MK folks here.

The concert in Osaka Dome will be in February, while I do hope that Eito will have 8 members by then, chances that JE will let him back with Eito look slim ne, since it is less than two months away. Uchi has already miss so much K8 stuff in 2006, it will be very very sad if he's going to miss K8 first Dome concert.
