If you liked Teru Teru Ashita, you absolutely must see Ame to Yume no Ato ni!...it's Tomoka's best work yet! Wonderful, wonderful drama!

I believe it's 18 that they can legally perform nude in Japan.

20 is when Japanese people become Seijin; also the border between childhood and adulthood. So some people try to do something new before they go on into their new era... can't really explain since I don't think like the famous people.
