I haven't seen - or I have missed a thread about Fujiki Naohito.

Just wondering if there's a coincidence that he acts as a math teacher in both "Kou Kou Kyoushi 2003" and "Long Love Letter"?

I think he is absolutely adorable! I loved him in KKK2003 and I just wanted to hug him in Gal Circle!!! He was really good in G@me too.

So wonderful that he is so versatile in his different roles!

I am glad that there's a thread for him now.

I love him most in Love Revolution and the role of Chef Ono in Antique is awesome too.

His supporting role in Pro Dai is fantastic as well ne. This guy can play every part, can't he?

I just hope that he would paly the leading role in next season drama with Ayase Haruka (Hotaru no Hikari). What we've known so far is he would play Ayase's Boss which, as far as I remember from the manga, the boss may be the leading male character. But I am not sure since the maga itself is not finished yet.

Yes.. he's currently in "Proposal Daisakusen" but not as the main lead. He's really good looking in this one though!!

I love him in "Love Revolution" and he's really really good in "Itoshi Kimie" too!!.. I also love him in "Antique. "

Just finish downloading "Gal Circle" so can't wait to watch it!!! I really love his smile!!!!..

The first drama that I watched, which he appeared in was "Kou Kou Kyoushi 2003", I was so happy when I discovered he was in "1 Litre of Tears" too.

my story involving him is actually really funny. see, proposal daisuken was one of the first dramas i watched, and throughout the whole thing, i hated Fujiki Naohito's character for being Yamapi's romantic rival. because i'm slightly crazy, i refused to watch anything with him in it for about three months. then i realized that he's in EVERYTHING (almost) and gave up. now, i kinda like him.

I know what you mean! I was waiting for Shukumei for like a looong time and then suddenly someone subbed it! I'm very thankful to the fansubbing group! Haha.

Yeah I just realized now that he's in soooo many dramas! I'm starting to watch ProDai now (only the first episode), and I've watched him in 1 Litre of Tears and Hotaru no Hikari (such a funny and feel-good drama) so I'm really starting to like him

I really have nothing to say about Naohito except that he's my all-time favorite veteran jdrama actor.

I think it was his role in Kou Kou Kyoushi 2003 that first had me thinking what an attractive and awesome actor he was. I've watched a lot of his dramas, and needless to say I've almost never been disappointed by his acting.

Wells, except for his role as Hanazawa Rui in "Hana Yori Dango" the Movie in 1995. Kamui6 was nice enough to allow it for me a few years back. Let's just say Naohito was certainly very pretty, but the clothes of the mid-90's is something we won't miss.

Kyaaaa! I missed mentioning Hotaru no Hikari! Watching that one was a blast! I can totally relate to Ayase's character coz I am kind of an Obaasan (when I am at home) myself. Nao-chan was sooo cute especially in the scenes where he looked so exasperated. Hahahaha.

I remember being annoyed with the "Irie-kun, Irie-kun!" but then it grew on me. Haha. I kept on laughing about how the 2 main characters have such big ears! I find it adorable in a way.

I watched the HYD 1995 movie a few months ago....Nao-chan looks good as usual but he looks even better now!!!

Hey! Did you guys know Fujiki's one of the hosts for a show called Oshareism? He always looks good and it's nice to see what his personality is like. He doesn't really talk that much because he's really soft spoken, but he's still adorable. Usually it's a talk show in a studio and there a part where Fujiki and the guest will do the guests' hobby or whatever. On some episode, he's made ceramic cups, played badminton (he's good for a first timer!!), try to color manga, etc. Really interesting stuff.

If you want to see him being completely silly then watch "Gal Circle" (Galcir) ! I loved the show but a lot of people did not. You have to go into it knowing that it is going to be silly and just have fun with it! Also see if you can find the movie G@me. I liked him in that too!

He played the part of Rui in the 1995 Hana Yori Dango movie! So that is a fitting comment!

about him in hana yori dango...yeah, i find it interesting/amazing that he will star in it since he's part of the hyd 1995...especially since many of the fans who saw him in vegas describes him as shun-look-a-like so it easily translates that he looks like rui there...when i found out about this news, i got really excited...

oh yeah just to share, according to the fan of hyd, a friend of hers escorted naohito in the airport (us), she also got to see his passport and her description of the picture is that he really looks cool and handsome...i really envy her though...

anyway lets all wait for hyd movie...

New drama "Around 40" is airing on friday. Whoo~! *way too hyper and in need of her Nao fix*

The synopsis is...
39-year-old Ogata Satoko (Amami Yuki), is a highly capable psychiatrist who is single. She's forthright, a caring older sister and reliable in her job and in private. Her interests are staying in luxurious Japanese inns, and watching videos of stand-up comedy.

Satoko hasn't had a boyfriend in the past five years. Nevertheless, she derives satisfaction from work, and isn't worried about her finances. Among her good friends that she hangs out with are 35-year-old Morimura Nao (Otsuka Nene), her junior who proclaims that she won't marry, and 39-year-old Oikawa Sadao (Tsutsui Michitaka), her peer since high school days. Satoko is happily enjoying single life.
　
At an alumni reunion as everyone is on the verge of 40, Takeuchi Mizue (Matsushita Yuki), her good friend since high school who is now a full-time housewife, rushes Satoko into action. him very much. he has got a really good voice. I noticed him first in Hotaru no Hikari and I am currently watching GalCir. His English pronunciation is good, as well. Is Itoshi Kimi E a good drama with him? I am trying to download it, but it comes very slowly...

I was really happy when I read the news that he has got a baby son. Congratulations!

I'm not sure if any of you are fans of his singing, but he had a concert tour last year and his 2007.12.6 concert was recorded and released to DVD.

The concert was shown on TV on 2008.4.7 and somebody recorded it (I think with KeyHole). So the picture and sounds not amazing, but it's available.

I'm Nao-kun's obsessed (understatement) fan so I bought the DVD and LOVE it. It even came with some behind the scenes stuff where you can see how close he and the crew/band mambers/dancers are really close (after every concert the members will wait for him in a room and greet him by bowing, praying, doing pushups, and other cute things).
The only good thing about the version that aired on TV is that they included some parts where he was talking to his fans and joking around.

In the DVD he sings:
1. Dinosaur - Nao wrote this song and It's one of my favorites just because it sounds so different

3. コズミックライダー (Cosmic Rider)

Here's a show called Toshigai and I think it's sorta to celebrate his 35th birthday (1972.7.19). He gets 350,000 yen (roughly $3,385) and uses it to buy a birthday present. He goes to a winery and makes a "Fujiki Blend" by mixing 5 wines. It's so adorable because after you try a wine, you're supposed to spit it out into a bucket. But the lady forgot to tell him and even when she does, he says he wants to drink it.

He also got to make his own wine glass at a glass making place.

Naohito Fujiki rocked by reports of affair
Thu, July 10, 2008 (1:30am EDT)

The reputation of actor/singer Naohito Fujiki has taken a serious blow due to allegations of an affair. Fujiki, 35, has been married since December 2005 and had his first child one year later. But now an article in the latest issue of Shukan Bunshun says that he's been fooling around.

According to the magazine, Fujiki's lover is a cabaret club hostess in her late twenties. They apparently met last October while Fujiki was on tour. The woman says they hit it off immediately, and they carried on their affair. After learning that she was pregnant a month later, she says she was urged by Fujiki to have an abortion, and was even given several million yen.

When asked about the matter, Fujiki's agency said they were unable to comment for now due to the absence of his manager.

Yeah, I have heard about that horrible rumour too...

I hope the Japanese can forget this easily...

But I don't want to believe Nao is THAT kind of man.... It's just rumour to destroy his career!! I have been his fan since Hotaru no Hikari and I think he is like loving family-man... It's a slander from that woman!

He never surrounded with any rumour before so I'm soo startled with this schoking news... If he finally married his long time girlfriend which really important decision mean that he has conviced to be faithful with his wife.. I hope it can be straight soon!!! I don't want this rumour make his popularity down too...

By the way, the woman said that she pregnant in November and has given some million yen. It's been half a year since that but why she just revealed this now? It's really weird and suspicious...

Maybe want to destroy his marriage which never got rumour... I hope Nao can get through this horrible gossip...
