Subtitles not sync'd

I've noticed lately that the RAWS (containg ads) and English subs do not sync up. The RAWS are the same files across multiple sites yet accessing Subscene those sub files are for shows where the ads are removed. Are the guys posting subs getting RAW's from another location?
