does anyone knows a good japanese phrase to welcome your master? it is like a servant is waiting for his master like from work or something.. :D

the only one I could think of would be いらっしゃいます(irasshaimasu) but I think that is really only used at shops and such for customers or you could probably just use おかりなさい (okaerinasai)
