oooo.... i loved her in Heavenly Sword Dragon Sabre... she seemed much more likeable when she wasn't too evil....

I think you're talking about the other girl in HSDS, Gao Yuan Yuan. :wub: Alyssa wasn't exactly evil...

Anyways, I really like Alyssa. :wub: I believe the first drama I ever saw her in was the new Liang san buo & Zhu ying tai. I LOVED that series. Unfortunately I don't know which video I taped it on and can't find it to dl anywhere. *hint hint* She's pretty cute when she goes incognito as a guy lol. I also enjoyed watching her in Super School. She and Johnny Liu Zhi Han are adorable. Other must watch Wenwen series are:

Turn Left, Turn Right was such a dissapointing series. It was so boring!

I'm a big fan of Alyssa!!! I luv her acting and most of the series she's in!! I realli liked her in Bronze Teeth III. She's really pretty and gots talent. *gasp* I didn't noe dat she sings...thx fer da upload!

I didn't like Empress Wu, it was very very draggy after a few episodes and it was way too long.

alyssa is so beatiful and a good actress i saw almost all her work and she is awesome.. now that she is married i think she should focus on family now because she had had a successful career....here is some recent pics of her...after she had her baby..she is still so beatiful

Is there any updated news on Alyssa? Wat has she been up to? Is she going bak to acting? I miss her as an actress, there hasn't been any taiwanese series out lately that has been appealing to me, she needs to come bak!!!

azndgn26, tah's the same thing i'm hoping for.

i guess she's come back after a couples yrs when angelina have grown up. We cant blame her. Everyone wats to see their child grow up and stay with their child in their youth yrs. hopefully she come back and play couples more series/drama before retiring. but for the moment, there's no news abt her coming back any sooner.

i've seen a lot of series where alyssa chia stars in them
she looks better in traditional clothes than modern in my opinion ..
my favourites were; empress wu, the butterfly couple and dragon sabre =)

I got into Alyssa after watching her in Heavenly Sword and Dragon Sabre -- she was so wonderful in that show. I thought she acted really well and very naturally, and she had excellent chemistry with Alec Su.

I saw her drama Butterfly Lovers recommended in some previous posts, I think I'll try it out, even though it's in Hokkien, which I don't understand...

I think Alyssa looks beautiful in historical dramas. Does anyone have any other ones to recommend?
