Synopsis:
It started as a 3-on-3 basketball competition between two rival schools; an annual event in which the winner would control the 13th Street basketball court for the following year. To everybody's surprise, the 9-year reigning champion lost this year... and it was all because of one girl. Now, this game has a new purpose.
Yi Sheng Xue (Hebe), a hot-headed young girl, is an avid Bull Fighting fan. At her side is her loyal childhood friend and personal bodyguard, Jin Zi Cong (Lee Wei). Their lives take a drastic turn when they meet Shen Ruo He (Mike He), whom Sheng Xue falls deeply in love with. However, they encounter many obstacles that stand in the way of them being together.
Will love triumph over evil? And will Zi Cong be able to live with seeing the woman he loves, love another man?

I think its a great show so far. Typical love plot, but I love Mike and Hebe together.
And I hope people will give this show a chance, Hebe's acting isn't all that bad, compare to Rainie's DBY performance. and people need to get over the Rainie/Mike couple thing.
It is like people won't watch Mike unless its with Rainie (or other way around), or people think they will never have better chemistry with any other actor/actress.
Maybe thats just what I think.
Mike is so fine in the first episode. and I can't wait for more.

I couldn't agree with you more.
I'm very open to Mike pairing up with other female actresses in dramas.
Of course I love Rainie and Mike together, but it doesn't hurt to see how well he pairs up with other actresses.

I just watched the first episode. Wow, at first I thought the acitng was lame, but by the end I couldn't wait to for the next one. I'm about the only person who doesn't like the mike/raining pairing, so I'm excited to see mike here w/ a different female lead. I hated WWL and fell out of love w/ Mike there, but I have a crush again bc he's so freakin gorgeous. Hebe is great, I hope she and mike have good chemistry here and they become an "it" couple
I hope Hebe can play basketball well, or at least act like she can. she's gorgeous but not someone I would've thought as fit for a role like this. I felt embarrassed for her in the first episode bc she couldn't play at all.
and I'm SOOO excited that Godfrey Gao is here!! he's soooo hot and extremely tall, and canadian. I saw him in "I want to be a hard persimmon" and I was just staring at him throughout the whole thing. I want him to be the main actor in a drama one day, hope this series will be a major stepping stone to that

It aired on the 18th....and I haven't even watched the first episode yet.
Mike and Hebe, interesting, hope the chemistry's there. Reading from the viewers' reviews above, it seems that this is a typical romance drama. As much as I love Mike He, I've never been a fan of Hebe's acting (wells, at least from what I've seen in "The Rose" and "Reaching For the Stars"), I could think of a better female lead.
but i'm hoping that this won't disappoint.

Oh My God, Mike looks so incredible devilish in this new drama
I think I'll really like it, since I'm in love usually with the meanier character that become sweet when they fall for a girl hehe
But, Hebe, really why choosing her, I didn't like her when she was in The Rose, I hope she'll do better here
In any case, I'll be really happy to follow this new addiction ^^

I just finished the first ep. I really liked it! I think Mike He is really hot but Lee Wei is almost hotter This ep was funny but not too much like Smiling pasta sometimes. The cool and the funny side has a balance. I'm going to watch the next ep soon

Yea, Tank sings the opening and S.H.E "How are you lately" sings the ending. There's actually another S.H.E song "Love Has Been Here" and Hebe's song "Too Late"

I finally finished downloading the 6th sense version! The opening theme has been stuck in my head forever and now I can finally watch it. Mike He... and Hebe's pretty too.

I just watched the first episode... it's hilarious and very cute/hot/romantic in a love-hate sort of way that Mike He is so good at).
Oh, and the second male lead actor person is Lee Wei, who also played in My Lucky Star as
Tian Qi--the main male character--'s little bastard half-brother.[/color] He's hot. And soooo romantic in here. And he's got that killer glare/gaze.
Mike He! *squeal* And I think Hebe's actually pretty.

that one part where mike gets beat up was DEFINITELY a meteor garden scene.. I was thinking that the whole time it was happening.. and I agree.. it's far too early in the relationship for them to be pulling that kinda thing too.. but overall it WAS sweet haha
and ah... I unno if its just me or what.. but Lee Wei rubs in the wrong way.. I unno exactly what it is yet.. I didn't like him much in My Lucky Star [btw.. I LOVEDDD Jimmy in it T_T andd it was a GREAT drama.. cept for some.. outstretched story line in the middle] n ways.. I unno maybe it has something to do with his lips or something.. i unno..

Anyways, I have come to the conclusion that Lee Wei should die by the end of the show. Because he obviously can't fall in love with anybody else, but he's not going to end up with Hebe anyways, since Mike is the lead actor.
Okay, I watched the 6th feeling behind the scenes, and I think I know what happens in the show.
I'm pretty sure that Lee Wei is going to end up with Qian Na, the girl that Mike embarrassed when his father tried to set him up with her. Because it shows Qian Na getting harassed and then saved by Lee Wei, and then announcing that he is her boyfriend.
This makes me happy.

Actually, I wouldn't mind ZC and SX being together. It's just that I know that they're not going to be together, so I'm not going to invest my emotions that way. And also I kind of feel like ZC likes SX by default, and it's not really a decision of his own, which is why he would be able to fall in love later. In other words, SX gives ZC a purpose, because he needs one, but not because he chose her.
And besides, Mike is just plain hot. And Mike can't be all by himself.
The other thing is, in general, Asian drama couples will have the woman submissive to the man. (Even if the man is very considerate, caring, attentative, whatever, he is the one who "puts up/tolerates" the woman's antics, and he gets the final say if he chooses... If you don't believe me, try to find a counter example.) But SX definitely has more power over ZC, so the couple wouldn't work out.
Qian Na, on the other hand, meets ZC when she is in need of help. This makes ZC her protector, and the one who gets to decide how their relationship goes, which would work with general Asian drama-ness.
I like Lee Wei fine. But he is kind of wimpy looking. And slightly mentally unbalanced in MLS... >.<

I HIGHLY recommend that you download the 6th version. For ep 4 at least, YDY had worse than icefish sound-quality. My poor cuties...
Icefish is still available. Sort of. It got shut down for a bit for investigations, and now it's back up as something funky with "test" torrents for the tracker, and then somehow incorporating btchina on its page. I'm really confused if you can't tell.
6th sense has been around for a while, actually. But it's generally slowest of the 3 and doesn't release all drama. Also, the only way to really find 6th torrents is through btchina (as far as I know, since the forum requires: 1. chinese, and 2. an invitation number which I can't seem to get). But they also do a lot of dvd-rmvb releases, which has pretty smacking awesome quality.
It's definitely worth a watch. Just... if you've seen Meteor Garden, pretend it never existed. Otherwise, you'll find too many things/scenes to compare between the two... with Meteor Garden coming out at the original drama.

About that part when you say SX gives ZC purpose, i never really thought of it that way. you've put my mind in a different perspective. It's just typical for dramas to have main girl and main guy to end up together but whatever thats drama.
Many people have been referring Ep.4 to Meteor Garden which I haven't seen. I heard that it's quite similar to Hana Yori Dango though. Anywayz, much looking forward to the next episode as always.

Chobitssu, Meteor Garden and Hana Yori Dango are both made from the same manga, Hana Yori Dango. However, Meteor Garden was made years earlier, and follows the storyline much closer. Both have their strong points, and some prefer one over the other, but I feel that they are done in completely different styles, and it's really a matter of personal choice than anything else.
Here's a Meteor Garden and BF spoiler about the scenes:
In a later episode in Meteor Garden, after the main characters have gotten together, the couple breaks up because the girl doesn't think it's going to work out/be worth working out. She starts dating another guy (who is from a poor family like her, whereas the main guy is from a rich family). But it turns out that the guy she was dating actually had a grudge against the main guy and was just using her. She gets kidnapped in an empty garage and tied down to a chair while the main guy is sulking. The main guy gets the photo and a phone call saying that he'd better go meet them alone if he wants her safe. The girl yells that the kidnappers are idiots because he isn't her boyfriend, and that he wouldn't come.
The main guy comes, of course--and he also almost snapped the other guy's neck earlier, when he found the other guy talking to the girl too closely--but the kidnapper holds up a knife to the girl's face and says that if he doesn't want her hurt, he'd better just let them beat him up. So, the main guys just stands there, getting beat up by baseball bats, until he finally falls down on his knee from the pain. The girl can't stand it anymore, and shields him with her own body. The guy she was dating--the ringleader--becomes moved and stops them from hitting them.
Then, they leave, the guy faints, on the girl's shoulder. The girl tries to nudge him with her shoulder to get him to wake up, but then she faints too. And then is the hospital scene.
There are actually a LOT more moving lines / funny scenes around that arc. It's everybody's favorite part of Meteor Garden, which itself is THE classic manga-turned-drama student Taiwanese romance drama. So, it's no wonder that many dramas would try to take scenes from Meteor Garden. But meteor garden builds up to the scene, and the main guy is an all or nothing guy. (He says just before that scene that he "would never leave her", that he would "pursue her wherever she goes, even if [he has] to go to the depths of hell."
Anyways, I hope you can see how they are similar now.

i'd like to know too...
i'm trying really really hard not to watch the raws...but my will is starting to weaken everyday...help!
I haven't watched the first episode yet but I'm planning to, very soon...!
...i'm so excited to see this! seriously! seriously! 
And also I kind of feel like ZC likes SX by default, and it's not really a decision of his own, which is why he would be able to fall in love later. In other words, SX gives ZC a purpose, because he needs one, but not because he chose her.
