Trying to find a 90s movie

There was a movie trailer I saw but I can't remember the name and I only remember a couple of scenes and I was hoping someone might help me. I think it was a romance or drama and a woman jumps off a building and a guy climbs over the rail and jumps after her. Another scene shows the couple in a field of sunflowers.
