I was given some moon cake, but i dont know what the ingredients are, and since im a non-alcoholic vegetarian, im unsure weather i can eat it or not.

all i know is that the ingredients r written in Vietnamese, so if any1 could translate i would appreciate it thank you !!

They often have eggs in them, though I prefer the plain ones. Mostly they are lotus seed paste. They are really nice but really high in fat.

Very few moon cakes have actual meat in them. However, some have egg yolk fillings, and there are definitely egg products in the dough. Also, they might use animal oil. As far as I know, they don't use alcohol in making them.
