Help needed with torrent

My speed is so slow, its only going at max 3.5kB/s!! Can anyone tell me how to increase the speed? or one video i would have to load for cloas to 5 days. Please!!!

Check out the info in the FAQ on firewalls and port forwarding. That's most likely your problem.
