MKV files are a pain in the ass. What kind of OS do you have?

The best solution is to use something to extract the files from the MKV file and merge them after.

I used different computer and installed few software and it works. ^^

Other computer may have viruses or problems which make difficulty in watching the video.

Thanks anyway. ^^

It could just be codec conflict, especially if you tried to install various things in an attempt to play these files.
Remove all installed codecs. Install http://cccp-project.net/
Should work.
