Voice change software for Dubbing?

I'm looking for a software that can analyze a voice and change the voice of another audio file to that exact same voice. This is what I basically want it to do.

1. Analyze voices from an audio/video file format any other input method . Eg:- Voice A
2. Change the voice of another audio file (Voice B) to the exact same voice of Voice A.

The voices need to be the exact same.

Is there software capable of doing this? or any method I can use to achieve this result?

The audio will be that of a drama. So if it can identify and store different voices under different names it would be great.
