In case you are a fansubber or a fansub group, who just responded here, and is just making sure and just want to ask a title if anybody has fansubbed a certain title, there's a much more high chance that it's not subtitled if not listed above or at the FansubWiki. Instead, best to just post that you are interested or is sure that you are fan translating a title. That's it.
This thread is supposed to mirror the FansubWiki, not a request thread. It would be best that the responses here would be mostly about information who is going to or planning to English subtitle a title. Of course, like me, you can also reply at this thread if other official distributors (Crunchyroll, etc), volunteer groups, or individual announced they will fansub a title but are not in D-addicts (like what I did above for Hello!Fansubs-Aozora & Aidol, etc).
Again, I'm not a moderator here, so I might be wrong. So moderators, kindly say if you agree with what I just posted. Thank you.

I started translating Issenchoen no Minoshirokin for fun a little while ago and was thinking about making subs if no one would take it on. I didn't want to announce anything because I've never subbed anything before and I don't know how far I'd get or how soon it'd be done, but if you still have a long way to go then I could attempt it.

To my knowledge there is no English subtitles, as well as Japanese. Tenshi no Knife is a WOWOW drama, no Japanese subtitles exist for any of WOWOW's dramas.
Please, do not request subtitles. This thread was/is only used to temporarily inform who would/have subbed what drama from 2015. When people have (had?) problems accessing FansubWiki.
