i don't think they're "ugly".. just had the wrong hairdo.. or wasn't in shape or no make-up.. maybe not a decent shot.. i can't believe how normal they look.. a little make-over could make them uber gorgeous.

still, some have always looked gorgeous or cute even as kids.. especially SHG. i'm a girl, and even i stared at her high school picture for a loooong time.

Just to be honest, I'm surprised many of you have this reaction. I don't see much of a difference except for the fact that we're talking about pics of school kids living ordinary lives in an ordinary part of the world. What else should one expect? But, yes, a few of them do look weird.

I can tell you that in Korea kids wear uniforms to school and are generally not allowed to wear makeup etc.. So it's not as though school children there are trying to out pimp each other the way that they do in America. That's my take on it anyway.

Yes, indeed jung kyung ho shows the most drastic change. He must've gone through some major diet to look like that now. Good for him. Now I must go to Korea and find a fappy nerdy looking guy! and in 5 years maybe, I'll be happily married to the most gorgeous guy in the world.

a lot of people that's been rumored to have this and that actually don't look that much different when they were little. They probably just have some little things done so they won't look like common Koreans because they all used to look pretty normal. They just need to stand out more, I guess. On the other hand, a number of them don't seem to have had surgeries at all.

I saw the ladys picture from Hanulishiyo and damn she was beautiful when she was young. And there was not surgery back then, so.

Anyhow, when you get the blepharoplasty you can tell if you had it, because the line is still there when you close your eyes.... When you have natural sangapul (crease on eyelids) it disappears when you close you eyes. That's how you can tell it's real. And most hot list celebrities with sangapul like song hye gyo and kim hee sun are natural.

wow song hye kyo looks very cute when she was a child and she looks very preety in her highschool pics, even eugene looked very cute when she was a child. bi looked the same and he looked like my little brother in his picture when he was a child. cha tae hyun looks cute in baby pics but in highschool pics he looked weird. jang nara looked the same since childhood and she looks like a clone of her mother. jeon ji hyun looked cute in baby picture but in elementary picture her face is different and her eyes size are not equal but in high school picture she is preety but i don`t like her hair there. joo jin hoon looked weird in his childhood pics, kim joong hoon looked the same even when he was a child, lee dong gun looked very weird. lee dong wook looked different too, lee yeon ae look so much preetier now than before.park shi yeon looked verry different now than before the diffence of her face is very far. shin min ah looked the same exept for the eyebrows, yoon eun hye looked different in her child pics but in older pics she looked the same. i guess thats all i can say
