Hi,
Does anyone have "Jorney to the West"? The one that was produced in 1986. It's good to have subtitles with it. Thanks so much.

You've got to search it around before ask. If you don't see it, then it hasn't been released.
Probably JEM's site has it. You can see this link on the sidebar in the front page. Hope this helps.

Hi, thanks for your reply .. but I've been searching for days .. and haven't found any .. I found some links from other websites but it's not complete and not high quality. This is an old series .. Like I said .. it's about 10 years old..
FYI, I already searched Jem. They don't have it either.. Thanks though

Ah I see.
I knew it is old. (1996 version) Why don't you try to post a request in the "Seeding and Upload Requests" column? Who knows someone has it would post the drama. Good luck!
IMHO, it's a bit awful even it's full of popular stars.
If you wanted to see "Journey to the West", I recommend to see the Chinese version. So far it is the best. It's very old but still popular. I think it has a timeless quality.

JTV has the Dicky Chueng's version, but unfortunately it was only subbed up until ep 21.

I forgot the JTV has it. I always thought JEM is the only one has Chinese dramas. Thanks for pointing this out!
I just checked it out. I think it's completed now. Ep.1 thru 35 (the end), right?

Episode-wise, yes, I believe it's complete. I haven't personally downloaded it though due to the lack of subs for the last few eps. Major bummer.

Just to clarify, the series is complete (35 eps), but only 1-21 are subbed, the remaining are raws.

From what I remember when I was looking for missing subbed eps a while ago, unfortunately no. I'd love to be proven wrong though, as I really want to see that series.

Sorry for being late. I guess Poochy has answered the question. From what Poochy said -- it's subbed only up to 21.

thanks Poochy for the link .. and also thank canon .. I meant the Chinese version. For some reason, I thought Dicky Chueng was in the 1996 version. Sorry for the confusions .. I would like to have the Chinese (original) version. Many thanks people...

Really confusing!
I checked this through
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Journey_to ... _series%29
If you mean the Chinese version, it was made in
1986.
You're right though --- Dicky Cheung starred in the 1996 production. It's made by a HK studio.
He played the same role again in 2002. It's another version from Taiwan.

The first one - this is what I mean: Chinese version made in 1986.
I'm unsure about the 2nd pic though.
I don't know where they can be found except you're willing to purchase the originals. Just wait if you post a request for this.

You can get this through JEM's site or JEM's clubbox or JTV which has subbed ep 2 thru 21. The links can be found in the front page. In the left bars.
