jholic wrote:*sigh* well, it was close ......... in the first quarter. i was actually very proud of how the hawaii warriors played today. this team has a LOT of potential. but we have a history of playing to the level of our competition (in a good and bad way).
congratulations to the trojans on a very convincing victory.
GO WARRIORS!!
ya they do hav a lot of potential... i think it just might be weird b/c hawaii really has never gone without a mega passer qb for a long time... Graunke doesnt seem to be a great a passer to hawaii standards although his running does help... what i was most impressed with was their defense... although usc kicked their ass i think their def has improved incredibly since last year... they got run all over last year on def... no one could tackle... hopefully that keeps up

Sophomore @ CSU Sacramento... Sac State!
Compared to the weather here in the valley, I really prefer the weather of the Bay Area. At least it didn't have the weather extremes like Sacramento, Stockton or Davis... Summer weather is 90+ degrees morning til night time and winter is freakin' cold! I'd take the fog of the bay anytime.

OK, I'll sign up with the Old futs, though I don't really know what futs mean?
A, and also, it seems to me that most of the voters are from States, so here is something diffrent - Europe, and even more exotic Eastern Europe
.
I graduated in january from University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy - Sofia.

nikeg's from hawaii, and i
think 'fut' is a local term here.
it derives from the word 'fart' (which is the act of letting out gas from your bottom). local people in hawaii refer to it as a 'fut'.
in friendly conversation, you can refer to someone as an 'old fart' or an 'old fut'.

Bellevue Community College for now, soon transferring to University of Washington (Go Huskies)...
Funny story concerning my current college. They have a club that shows japanese entertainment constantly..and last night they showed Final Fantasy VII: Advent children, Yakitate Japan...and...Densha Otoko!!
I however did not attend as I was busy hanging out with friends and didn't feel like hanging around the college until 6pm then stay until 10pm.

I attend York university for Law & society and humanities.. want to become a lawyer..criminal/business.. anyways.. in uni here.. u get a diploma which has a wide range of jobs/careers u can take.. for college.. u specialize in a field.. like IT.. or Cooking or a certain job like gardening and etc.. they are all specialized and taught for only that reason.. university.. lets u choose out of the ranges of what u want to become.. if u graduate with a bachelor of arts u can get what ever job range it offers.. and usually graduating from university.. means u get a better career.. but thats wrong.. it all depends on what u want to become.. and what it means to u.. not everyone is the same..

Moved before I went to summer school and when I came back, I just entered a new high school because I moved :[
So sad, so scary xP
But I found out that it's really not that bad, the kids are nice and smart and most are in the IB program like me so there aren't any immature kids in my class...but there are annoying ones -.-

I've been on staff at Caltech for the last eight years. If any of you are students here I feel sorry for you... the administration here has pretty much given up on the pretence of this being a college and is just treating it like the big real-estate speculation scam that it really is.

Graduated from Ryerson University (Canadian university) spring 2005, Hospitality and Tourism Management.
So glad it's all over, but now I've got to face the real world and fend for myself. No more depending on my parents for shelter.

I'm in 1st year Highschool(which is 4th year middelbare school here)
I'm in HAVO..gonna do HBO after that and then go to university(and that's not only because I have to do HBO or VWO first before going to university,it's also because I WANT to do a HBO a study first..else I would have studied harder in the past, because in the past I had a chance of going to VWO if I studied a tiny bit harder
