Can't get enough of Misaki Itoh? Well here's your chance to download 33 of her TV CMs.

Edited Oct. 4, 2008:
Deleted the old torrent file and added shared folder link.

Please visit my Misaki Ito shared folder to download these TV CMs and 407 pics of "our" lovely lady.

Enjoy!

My bittorrent client is showing no seeds for this torrent

edit: it says the tracker has timed out.

The tracker the torrent is on was down for a while, but it looks like it's back online again. You should be able to connect now.

I agree. For the Japanese 351 final we have to give a presentation on what we think beauty is. I chose Ito Misaki as the subject and I'm almost done with the flash presentation now. Got alot of pics, video clips from Kiken Na Aneki, Densha Otoko and some killer music going on. It's about 12MB but maybe I'll post it so you can appreciate her beauty with me.

Off topic for this thread:

It's so weird, I just made my ava a short time ago and I can't find the CM you're interested in on my HD.
I hope I didn't accidently delete it. I probably burned it to a DVD with a bunch of other stuff and the heck if I
know which DVD to look on now.

Here's a few links to get 2 Kyoko Hasegawa CMs for the Canon PIXUS printer:
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=KSTOC7VX
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=1YMD21HD

Here's links for Kyoko Hasegawa screensaver:
http://cweb.canon.jp/pixus/ad/scr/pixus_scr02_setup.exe <-- Windows
http://cweb.canon.jp/pixus/ad/scr/pixus ... tupOS9.sit <-- MacOS 9
http://cweb.canon.jp/pixus/ad/scr/pixus ... tupOSX.sit <-- MacOS X

Here's a link for some very nice Kyoko Hasegawa wallpapers:
http://hasepara.cdx.jp/

Ok, back on topic:
adrian22 wrote:how bout making this an itoh misaki thread?? :-) what u guys think?
Yeah, sure this thread belongs to everybody who likes Itoh Misaki. I know there's a Densha thread that has
Itoh pics and they should probably be moved here. So if you're a fan of Itoh Misaki, then please make this a thread
to rival all other fan threads. Don't hold back folks, please up your pics, late breaking news, links to fan pages,
links to pic galleries, and so on... If someone makes a nice banner and PMs me with the image link, I'll edit my first
post and put the banner at the very top.

yarichan, you can share your creation by uploading your flash file to http://www.megaupload.com and provide
us with the download link. Megaupload has the advantage over yousendit in that the download link does not expire so quickly.
Any file will be available for download forever as long as it remains active, but if the file has not been actively downloaded for
30 days then it will be automatically deleted.

Here's my presentation I gave today. Everyone seemed to like it.

http://www.kanchoume.com/ito.swf

Beware, at 17MB it is rather intensive on some machines since there is video, sound and high-res pictures being animated. Reccommend you right click save-target-as.. to your HDD before you watch it. And Fullscreen it  She looked so nice on the projected screen

Btw, to start the presentation you have to click the black screen at first then when it gets to the title screen the button that says スタート(start) is what you press to begin the slideshow. Enjoy, I gave a speech in Japanese on why I thought she embodied the meaning of beauty while the photos ran though.

Also, here are the pictures I used in it all zipped up and in high resolution.
http://www.kanchoume.com/ito.zip - 20MB
Don't kill my monthly allotment of 400GB of bandwidth :thumright:

This is kind of a dumb question but, how do you embed the picture per say, so the link is from http://d-addicts.com ? For example, I've seen some pics that have http://www.d-addicts.com/forum/files/???.jpg. How would you go about doing that without using something like photobucket or imageshack? Photobucket sucks...

When you post a message (not through quick reply), below the box where you type your message is an option to post an attachment, which basically uploads the file directly to the server.

The new Maquillage site has a pretty good piece of wallpaper with
Misaki on it. Here's the link:
http://www.shiseido.co.jp/mq/wpp/wpp02_m.jpg

The new site is slick in a festive kind of way. It's too bad the CM doesn't rank as high.

Hey everyone... it's probably too soon to ask about this, but does anyone know if the Densha Otoko series has been picked up by a fan subbing group? it would be awesome to watch this series, and since I'm not a native Japanese speaker, the English subs would help... :D . I found the raws easily enough, but hopefully this is in the works for a kind group out there...

The English softsubs for Densha Otoko have been completed and are available here under the Subtitles subtopic...moreover TV Nihon has also fansubbed this with hardsubbed episodes on their tracker.

Wow, thank you so much!! I actually found the soft subs and raw files right after I posted this message (that should teach me to use my eyes and not my, uhh, index finger, too quickly). I was getting worried that ep 1 was missing from the raws, but I'm glad TVNihon hardsubbed the entire series. Again, thank you so much for the help!!!!! Itoh Misaki is awesome!!

Just one more question: the torrent that's marked Final Story for Densha on TVNihon's site is the same as the Ep11 (final) that's being shared here on D-Addicts, yeah? Probably a stupid question, but I just want to make sure... and of course, thank you to the subbers for their hard work!! :salut:

saw densha and she was attractive in it  .
don't really like her modelling pics though, doesn't seem to suit her.
I prefer the way she looked in densha, so very hot  .

seems like all this beauty and the beast (frog and queen) dramas have been getting really popular this days. Like My Lovely Samsoon (my name is kim sam soon shii!), another kdrama I enjoyed thoroughly. :whistling:

I agree about her modelling thingy. Seems a bit weird, aside from her Shiseido and more mature modelling pics. :-)
When I first watched Densha, she didn't appeal much to me.
It was the character she played.

Now I'm practically watching most dramas that she has a role in,!

I think Misaki-san there has one of those very unique traits... It seems photography really doesn't do her beauty justice.. and even on film it seems only slightly improved.. makes you wonder what she would look like standing in front of you...

*dies from a heart attack

BTW teasonsky > If you could let me know where you might find other series' with her in them I'd greatly appreciate it!! I'm currently watching Lunch Queen but sadly it's unfinished and even the raws are not distributing well :( Thank you.

i dunno..you must be looking at the wrong pictures to think that her looks aren't captured in photographs or film...but that's not why i'm posting...she's the protagonist in the
drama kiken na aneki which is available here on d-addicts.com...soft subbed up to episode 5 at the moment. she was also one of the supporting characters (i.e. teacher) in the drama gokusen, season one...

for more information on her fimography go to

Thanks for the info, yeah iI saw the filmography before... and just started on Kiken na Aneki.. I was just wondering about some of the older stuff she's been in... As for the "not captured in pictures or film.." I just meant that Reality > Film > Photography, just bad sarcasm :)

I agree with teasonsky, I wasn't really attracted to her appearance in densha at the start, but she really got into the role of hermes and when she started straightening her hair and wearing some of those great looking outfits she has in her wardrobe, damn she just got it going ^_^. Honestly though, never thought I did ever find a 28 yo so attractive :D.

Wow, she looks so much different when she's got longer hair. With the dramas I've seen of her in the past with short hair, she looks much younger.

I'll have to agree with avex, this is the few times I've found a 28yr-old female attractive in J-drama.

I like the innocent character she plays in Tiger & Dragon, too bad the subbers are really busy. Misaki's the best

hey guys, how do you pronounce misaki. MEE-SAK-EE or MEE-SAK, with no i at the end?

I believe that would read MEE-SAK-EE. With the i nontheless. :-)

I hate to repeat this again (and I'm sure other people don't want to hear it), but in Misaki Itoh's debut drama Love Complex, she played a lesbian that didn't have a lot of dialogue and she looked beautiful for her first supporting cast role.

I wouldn't have imagined that she would get to this point in her career since I thought she would just star in a couple of more dramas before bowing out to do some more modeling or something.

Yep, you're ears aren't failing you. They probably are saying "mee-sak-san". When speaking Japanese, the 'i' and 'u' sounds are sometimes dropped. eg. su-ko-shi (a little) becomes su-ko-sh; ki-o-tsu-ke-te (take care) becomes ki-o-ts-ke-te.

Hm, thats interesting. I hear MEE-SAK-EE-SAN every time. Then again, if you say MEE-SAK-SAN really fast, the EE kinda gets added automatically in sound.

Hm, thats interesting. I hear MEE-SAK-EE-SAN every time. Then again, if you say MEE-SAK-SAN really fast, the EE kinda gets added automatically in sound.
As already mentioned, it is in fact "MEE-SAK--EE--SAN", if you're looking for the direct split up of the hiragana/romaji (since she spells her name with kanji) then it would be "MI-SA-KI-SAN' as I'm sure alot of you already know or have noticed, all names (at least of japanese origin) will always be bunched in groups of "2" characters, that is to say, there is say MA-KI, HI-KA-RU, TO-MO-KO, HI-RO-KO, they'll always follow the 2 letter bunches with the exception of the letters A, N, O and combinations such as KYU, KYA, SHO, SHA, SHU, etc.

So basically I'm just saying that there's no "SAK" characterization, and as mentioned by ToriQ the sound is sort of "dropped". It's from the japanese "lazy" tone, as my professor would say. Examples of that are like "Douitashimashite" which becomes "Doo-itashimashite" just 'cause it's easier to say, another example is "nai" pronounced as "ne", so it's pretty common to not actually hear them enounciate the syllable, just think about how you say "Congratulations" or "Nuclear" you might not be clearly enounciating it as well as you think you might be :)

Sorry for the long rant, just thought I'd give you guys some good analyzation I've brought up, it actually never occured to me until I started taking Japanese last semester...
