omg i really hope she doesn't retire! why would she retire? she's still so young. and i personally liked shimokita sundays a lot, although i only saw up to ep3 cuz the subs for the other eps aren't out yet. or maybe i'm biased cuz i love Aya-chan so much. although it definitely wasn't as good as Attention Please, which was the best show she did imo. really wished that show was longer.

i believe that was actually from a commercial. think it was for dvd or md discs.

For me, I'm tired of bookmarking the Aya thread over at JDorama.com or having it tell me when new posts comes up because I'll have to rebookmark everyday and my email will tell me there's like 10+ post in that thread everyday.....so I just do my best to keep up with it now

Well its ok....she's a year older then me and i still think she's really cute and one of the most attractive girls on this planet

Well....if you don't mine letting you know a little bit of Aya's character in Yoshitsune.
Her character is pretty much Yoshitsune's childhood friend and was saved by Yoshitsune when she was just a little kid. You'll find out how he did so when you watch it. She doesn't really appear in the drama until around ep 4 or so...but not in every ep. Her character isn't a major one where she's in every ep, but how significant her character is, i don't know. I gave up on this boring drama around ep 20 and since Aya isn't in every ep, its not worth my viewing especially when WORTHLESS TACKY is the lead

If you find this one lame and boring, I say you watch Aya's Ace wo Nerare and then Attack No.1 next

i don't really like attack no.1 ... i mean it's good but again, it's kinda slow... i would watch many times as much as i want which is ace wo nerace. my fave all the time of her sport theme dramas.

haha, I'm more opposite you.

Though her ability to move and play as if it was tennis was fairly good.
Looks like her backhand is better then her forehand though, but her Serve is just awful

Only thing I don't like about Ace is that her character lacked confidence

oh well....we all got our own opinion

Besides, you've got to consider the earthquake that happened on the day of broadcasting, right? It must have done some damage at least, which probably slowed things down.

Does anyone have the full episode of her on Mentore G during Attention Please promotion? It's also with TOKIO.

candyman808, i already have attention please sp preview... i found a clubbox link of sp from windjp and it downloads, BUT it won't start up... bcus it has been stucked at 1% ever since many hours passed away. -.- plus its at 4kb/s. T_T that's why i prefer a BT, though. if you want a lot of jpop goodies, you can go to http://windjp2006.blog51.fc2.com/ because she updates daily... =] also that's where i usually get it from, too. =]

rikayla, i would download both raw and hardsubbed version just because i can make a couple of GIFs from the raw. lol beside screencaptures would look good in like that. ^^ oh~ i didn't know that there was an earthquake before broadcasting.. i thought it was taiwan earthquake. ^^;; sorry, i'm very slow on reporter news. =/

okay, i will be more patient then. bcus i really wanted to see aya soon... it has been awhile to get her back on screen after her last drama which i never watch it. .___.;;

you asked how? if you can download it off from clubbox? then all you do is just click on the picture, it will pop up for you to download. =] hope it helps. me, either, i can't understand japanese but luckily, she puts screencaptures for us to be able to "read". lol
