Torrent tabbed thingy - added to profile
Well as you can see now I've done away with the whole 2 table thing and have made seperate pages for the various subtitle type which you can access via the tab thingy
The next step will be to add a "tab" preference in user's profile.
Tell me what you think.

I agree with lilswtangel; it seems quite a bit too light in color, the background. Or making the text darker would help.lilswtangel wrote:i think it looks great~!!! but the fading color of the other tabs are a bit harsh on the eyes. maybe they should be less opaque~
Just need the preference in profile function added and it'll be pretty good for the end user. But it'll still be a **** for the MODs who have to clean up the RAWS and other languaged subbed torrents.

I like it! I like it! Looks a lot neater as one table and the tabs are super easy for sorting by the major subtitle types. Just a question on whether there's any plan to make the filter work in conjunction with the tabs. For example, kdrama + Raw or jdrama + English sub? Or is that not possible to work out?
very nice layout!
and where is the unknown sub tab?
I have shortened the unknown table as much as possible. Now it contains only chinese subbed torrents (no mod knows whether it is CHS or CHT) and some torrents with no info in the comments. I guess most of the unknown torrents are dead.

I like the tabs. Thanks! I also like this suggestion by Phoenix, but I'll take whatever you givePhoenix wrote:I like it! I like it! Not quite
One more easy tab or button is needed
RAW
...(one button to sort by "Jdrama")
Note--is it possible to have "Left Aligment instead of Right"
Unless one uses Wide Screen LCD, one must use slide bar
to to "GO" button. If left alignment, one can see "go" button
without useing a slider, by the way.

Re: Not quite
really? what resolution do you use? 1024x768 should beable to see it. Are you using 800x600?delsxyz wrote:One more easy tab or button is needed

Resolution?
1280 x960 32bit color 21" NEC CRT monitor
Uploaded screen capture as GIF to reduce file size.
In this case, I used Avant browser. You see what I see
maximum cannot show right corner segments at all.
----Note
The bigger screen means smaller fonts.
So I always use "
Internet Option
Accessbility
(x)Ignore font size specified on web pages
Thus, it becomes like the captured screen. But ignore font size is the
only way to see visible fonts in Medium ~large.

Re: Resolution?
No wonder, those fonts are huge. Maybe instead of ignoring the font size specified by the webpage, you can choose to increase the font to large? Well I know Firefox can do it and IE should be able to as well. Avant AFAIK is just a proxy on top of IE right? So it should work.delsxyz wrote:1280 x960 32bit color 21" NEC CRT monitor

Really though I can't make the site viewable to all if people choose to ignore the settings I've set out.

So...
If you cannot move entries, then, it is ok.
Attached is a screen capture in IE.
Font change ( medium--large--largest) Does not help visually.
The only way to make fonts visible in higher resolution is to
use Accessibility setting to ignore fonts.

Re: So...
Well the screen shot shows the forum index page where you can see the maximum table width already so of course its not going to change any visual elements. Try those fonts sizes on the torrent page where you were having problems.delsxyz wrote:If you cannot move entries, then, it is ok.

BTW I love this tab thingy .. GO Tab Thingy -->> GO Tab Thingy -->> GO Tab Thingy -->>
It would have been great if there was [Jem] tab but I guess I'm jsut dreaming,
and it all would make sense since it's 05.00 am here in sweden and I have'n slept in 24
hours (I just saw fight for love 17 ) and in two hours I will have to leave home and go
to school..
being addicted to drama is some serious ****

oh this is definitely good. perhaps once you've choosen your defaults, you can get rid of all the checkboxes above--as it does looke a bit too much. But the customization is great!Ruroshin wrote:Added a custom tab where you can fine tune the listing. I needed to implement this before I can I do the profile thingy which will be next.
Awesome work Ruro!

New Tabby Thing
Thanks Ruroshin, for the added work. It's much easier to get around now. There was so much to go through to find English Subbed dramas. It's great.

ah bugger I knew I forgot to test something.BT-Slut wrote:May not be working correctly.Ruroshin wrote:Added custom torrent listing in the your profile now. Go nuts.
I've updated my profile, now it only seems to go to Custom tab. When I click on MY TORRENTS to see the torrents I've uploaded, it doesn't take me there. Instead it reshows the Custom listing.

right that would make too many tabs, you can use the custom tab or you can just select OST from the filter search select box and hit go that will work toodecaturguy wrote:USE the Custom tabkali4niaguy wrote:Ruro...can u add a tab for just OSTs and music in general? or would that make too many tabs?
