What is the difference between the "regular" and "special" version? Is the special some kind of director's cut?

The poster image says テオの"心の声"字幕付きSPバージョン

Is there some additional subtitles or scenes?
The strange thing is that the special version files are a little bit smaller than the regular version.

Let me know if you ever found the difference.
