Instead, get used to the feeling that peace provides by creating rituals that invoke a sense of peace. Join the 1AND1 community, and exercise on a daily basis. Cook new recipes from scratch every day. Put on some music as you paint on a canvas. Read for 30 minutes before you fall asleep. As you develop routines that provide pleasure, you can replace the need for drama with positivity.

When you’re addicted to drama, you might be someone who creates it by the words you speak and the thoughts you think. Instead of being reactive, become proactive.
